Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Order Processing:
● Orders are processed during standard business hours. Orders placed on weekends or
holidays will be processed on the next business day.
● Custom orders and Pre-orders may take longer and will be communicated accordingly.
Shipping Charges and Timelines:
● Free Shipping is offered on all Prepaid orders above Rs. 499 to ensure priority delivery and are delivered in 2-4 business days.
● For Prepaid orders below Rs. 499, we are compelled to charge Rs. 99 but are delivered in 2-4 business days.
● Cash on Delivery orders are charged an extra Rs. 99 and are typically delivered in 5-8 business days after the order is shipped.
● Same day delivery is available for Prepaid orders in Bangalore using hyper-local delivery services (Porter / Rapido / Uber) at extra charge.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary based on your location within India (remote locations may take longer delivery times) and other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
● Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order until it arrives.
